Commercial and Business litigation covers a wide area of law, and generally includes lawsuits in which a business or individual suffers economic damages rather than personal injury. Jenkins | Babb has significant experience in commercial litigation, including disputes involving contracts, business torts, unfair competition, deceptive trade practices, fraud, tortious interference, misappropriation of trade secrets, the purchase or sale of businesses, and the purchase of certain types of securities. We represent both sides (plaintiffs and defendants) of commercial disputes. We also advise and assist in risk assessment and litigation avoidance.
