Robert E. Jenkins and Jason Babb founded Jenkins | Babb, LLP in Dallas, Texas after both had established their own successful law firms. Jenkins | Babb is guided by the principle that to be successful, an attorney must deliver high quality and cost-effective legal services while remaining committed to the purpose of the legal profession: to assist in solving problems. Jenkins | Babb strives to be the best value for fees paid. We believe in applying litigation pressure with a purpose, rather than just running up our clients’ legal fees.
When it comes to litigation, Jenkins | Babb means business. When we represent a plaintiff, we do not send a demand letter threatening a lawsuit unless you are actually prepared to file a lawsuit, we do not file a lawsuit unless you are actually prepared to go to trial, and when we go to trial we have a total commitment to winning the case for our client. When we represent a defendant, we do not practice by reacting to actions by the plaintiff’s counsel, but by mounting a vigorous defense that compels the plaintiff to react to us.
