Mr. Dzygun received his undergraduate degree from Texas State University at San Marcos, with double majors in Speech Communications and Economics. Following his graduation from Texas State, Mr. Dzygun served as Legislative Director for the Honorable State Representative Bob Hunter, representing District 71. During his time at the Texas State Capitol Mr. Dzygun worked on issues such as the Tuition Equalization Grant Program (TEG), energy deregulation, oil & gas, telecommunications, and veterans affairs.

 

Mr. Dzygun later went on to attend Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he competed in Moot Court and Mock Trial tournaments, served on the SMU Law Board of Advocates, and represented more than fifty indigent defendants charged with misdemeanor offenses as a Student Attorney in the SMU Law Criminal Justice Clinic. Mr. Dzygun also clerked for Petroff & Associates, P.C., a nationally recognized Fen-Phen litigation firm where he assisted with the litigation of more than 3,500 claims filed under a Nationwide Settlement Agreement with a major pharmaceutical company and helped prosecute lawsuits involving recalled manufactured drugs and medical devices.

 

Mr. Dzygun focuses his law practice on helping individuals and small businesses solve problems. His practice includes collections, business and commercial litigation matters with an emphasis in banking and real estate litigation, and criminal defense. He has argued in the various courts of Dallas, Tarrant, Harris, Denton, Collin, Kaufman, Ellis, Medina, and Rockwall counties, and has made more than 300 court appearances. Additionally, Mr. Dzygun has expanded his practice to include trademark registrations and the formation of limited liability companies (LLC).
